How can you think that a player like mixwell doesn't bring any value????? Ofc G2 wouldn't hesitate to kick him if he is not good enough, but kick him off the TEAM not the org dude, he has a contract and not using it is straight away giving money for free.

He's milked to the last drop, he's dried out.
His monthly salary G2 is handling him >>> a 5k viewers once in a lifetime Twitch stream with a faded G2 layout.
The reason G2 is keeping him is because they stay TRUE to their contracts and they're able to maintain some ethics, staying true to their beliefs unlike 90% of the orgs out there.
Imagine if you were hired and your boss just flat out decided to throw you under the buss not paying you the wages you signed up for.

Agree to disagree indeed but I never stated Mixwell doesn't add value to an org, I was purely talking about G2 in specific for the aforementioned reasons. He has reached his peak the org, there's nothing else to show

Mixwell has been in G2 since early 2020 (that's a lot of time)
This means he's had his time to build up an established audience, which in turn means everyone knows G2 Mixwell already
The flow of new fans is logically lower. As in everything, there's a first impact, a development, a peak, consistency and decline. Mixwell is in consistent-decline stage in G2.
This is like your average YouTuber popping off in his first year and slowly fading away over the curse of the years because everyone already knows him
NOW, if Mixwell joins KOI for instance, he'll get NEW fans, NEW impact, another environment granting him NEW followers and so on...
