I used to have 4 stars and now i have 2 so i think downvotes count otherwise it doesn't make sense for my stars to go down

Why are you still here? I like to watch both cs and Valorant and they can coexist. So unless you fell threatened that Valorant will kill cs, then you have no reason to hate the game or to be here and only comment how Valorant and vlr sucks and how amazing hltv and cs is.

Basically you get stars based on how many posts you half, but also upfrags (Chronicle has 4 stars with like 5 posts because of the Babysasuke ratio)
Downfrags do not affect as far as I know, only way of losing stars is if mods take them away
