serious question about YAY. no hate

would yay be this good if valorant did not have ADS on rifles and some pistols like csgo? is this the reason he did not get big in that game? no hate really just really really curious.

I feel like he didn't use ADS much before this event, maybe the headhunter accustomed him to it but it's working for him in this game so who cares

guys really no hate but this guy ADS 80% of the time. only pro player at the moment that ADS this much.

Id say yes, i think he uses ads just because he's typically an op player, might be a more comfort thing than anything. He still is good with hipfire and always has been. Dudes mechanically nuts regardless of ads usage

Yay used to unlucky with his teams and there were simply a lot of better players in csgo. In fact, CSGO had ADS meta as well with Aug and SG being busted before valorant was released

yay never got big in CSGO mostly because he was out mechanic'd by many players in that game, especially in the NA scene(think of players like Elige, Brehze and to a certain extent oBo) that completely overshadowed him in the star rifler role, he had a promising run in orgless(with FNS, wardell and subroza! ) and early in his career he played with Shazam, Sick and Dephh, weird how things turn out lol, but then valorant came out and trhere were no players that overshadowed him anymore, i think the confidence of knowing he is the biggest fish in the pond is what made him so good

really nice to see abit of back story on yay. but damn this guy uses ADS in close range sometimes its really weird to watch.

Yay was a great player in CS but didn't reach mega heights due to circumstances not lack of talent.

he wasnt good in cs because he is nothing special, just lucky all world class fps talent is in cs, there are at least 200 players with potential to be better than yay in european cs alone

He said in a stream that he can concentrate better on his crosshair with ADS

ADS cuz better first shot accuracy since he uses vandal its first shot is inaccurate i think 3/10 times and ADS improves that
