stability, best business practices, longevity of org, etc. Nothing to do with money and wins. Any org can just a buy a good team, and they will. Riot wants a good business partner with a track record of stability and success in esports. The players can come later.

supposedly there are teams that have been confirmed but only leakers know them. I think there are definitely some teams you 100% are going to see in franchising like LOUD, Fnatic, Optic, and Zeta Division.
