800 vs 400 dpi

I was just wondering something between these two. If I run .27 in game with 800 dpi versus .54 in game with 400 dpi, there won't be any change right? Or will with 400 dpi feel slightly slower and smoother?

the same for me, tried both no difference really. personally I use 800 dpi cuz 400 dpi is so slow for just normal pc using like browsing or doing stuff besides gaming.

I didnt feel difference. But theoreticaly higher should be smoother
