NA is (almost) the weakest region

I feel like without Optic, NA would be the weakest region. These "one hit wonder" (XSET and The Guard) teams would lose against literally any other region representative. Like, the way XSET are playing right now is such a troll. Watch ThinkingsMansValo to get a better idea of this $hit show.

1st of all, that's not how it works, a beating b and b beating c does not equal to a better than b. For example G2 beat zeta, zeta beat prx, and prx beat G2.

2nd of all, optic against Guild is clearly different than optic against xset. They start slow but become stronger and stronger by each game. That's how they got beaten by xerxia and guard and still got to 1st place iceland

You could literally say the same about every other region?? Without LOUD brazil is nothing. Without KRU Latam is nothing. DRX,PRX etc. The "NA" only has 1 team argument is weak and overused

The bottom end of the NA top 10 ( SEN/NRG/etc) would probably lose, but teams like Loud and KRU are totally dismantling their region and lose to Optic, who isn't completely unstoppable within NA. I think NA and EU are decently far ahead of other regions in terms of depth if their teams are playing at full strength and not going through a slump.

I believe XSET could win even though that's some serious hopium considering today’s awful performance. They have to stop isolating 3v1 situations and actually making it 3v1 and not 3 1v1's (that made me mad because they could’ve won Bind).

the number 1 NA seed is usually underwhelming, the number 1 seed group stage bye is quite stupid imo. the teams that fought hard in group stage usually does a lot better than the number 1 seed due to the huge bye (this is more of an NA problem but it happens).

the masters format needs to be reworked

awful take. optic is the best team in the world right now until proven otherwise. they lose series in NA (2 since masters 1 against XSET and EG). meaning NA isnt necessarily a one team region as there’s other competing with optic for number one. most regions dont even have that competition for number one (br, apac, kr). and the regions that do (latam, japan, emea), have only shown us at best a top 4 finish internationally (obv excluding emea). na might not be the best region but its at least better than br apac and kr as theres competition within na, and the number one team worldwide is from na. na and emea are the two best regions with emea probably taking the cake for the more competitive region, but na might just have the better top team(s).
