Team wise they still do. The loss they have is pretty much just meteor doing crazy stuff, nothing they can do about it.

According to XQ (ZETA's coach) in his stream, they were having some difficulties in the grand final day, even day before. They couldn't hear properly, like footsteps and utils. Day before, ZETA won against NTH because NTH played really passive but they changed after they reached the grand final. They played aggressively and it actually was a bonus for NTH. ZETA themselves, they played by getting info but the info wasn't properly provided because of this issue. If you can read Japanese, you can read this tweet.

Yes definitely, Zeta played themselves in the grandfinals they made a lot of mistakes they usually didn't do and NTH was winning every duel. NTH was showing up and won, they were the better team on that day. Overally I think both teams still have a lot to improve, they have insane potential and could with good amount of time be top 5 contenders in future events maybe already in Champs or next year who knows. I am hyped for the future of Valorant if "minor" regions get the chance they deserve.

You can already see the improvements in whole region because of Zeta's success so its really good for Japan's Valorant future. NTH also inexperienced players.
