Why every riot tournament?

Like fuckin every tournament there is some visa issue, there is someone who has covid, there is someone who gets poisoned etc..wtf is going on with riot?
You dont see this in CS although CS has tournament like every fuckin month and riot organize one tournament every 3 months and there are always tons of issues.

Riot sucks.
