mindset of players need to change, it feels like they dont have the hunger to grind anymore, they are being paid decent salary and are satisfied with even if they perform bad, im not saying their salaries should be decreased but that job security which they have now is due to the hopes and dreams of countless supporters and it shouldn't be taken for granted, they should grind more and learn to accept their mistakes and yes even step down to give younger players a chance for the sake of the scene

thats why they need player from SEA if they cant afford EU player. bcs SEA player more hungry and ambitious to be number 1 or lose thats why. and many india player are too old and washed from CSGO.
