I used to do it a year ago consistently and I stopped because I felt like it was kind of a waste of a time should I get back into doing it if so would gridshot be the only exercise I need

I mean the only downside to dm is you can get tilted because of it

in fact, the biggest downside is that you end up getting used to not valuing your life, and in ranked you start to do peaks that you shouldn't do and end up often trowing rounds

waste of time, good for people who are new to fps to build up some muscle memory, but i think you should just practice the actual game you want to be good at

try "Voltaic Valorant Warm-up" in aimlab, it takes 10 minutes. You are welcome

gridshot is waste of time, sixshot is not, 5 mins of sixshot before loading val and you will see that you will become more consistant. ascent headshot good as well for mouse control, anything else is waste of time. You dont need to spend more than 10 mins in aimlab, it is just to get you hand moving and your brain concentrating, and helps for mouse control as well

Deleted aimlabs cause it started getting too many updates. Why do I need to update so often to click on circles
