it's the last thing that matters in tie breakers

Overall round differential NRG = -4, Ghost = +6

These are the tie breakers for EMEA so I believe it's same for NA, if I find the actual NA rulebook I will link it

if they haven't faced each other yet i believe it is random. if there's a tie its not based on round differential, its based on the outcome of their last matchup
