How can I start scrimming?

I feel like I am at the point where I can start scrimming. Ever since I started playing CS, I knew I wanted to be an esports player. I know I can make it. And with school ending, this summer I can really grind. Anyone know how to start scrimming or finding teams. I’m imm1 -2 which is very low, but I’m sure in the summer I can get radiant

most teams in NA scrim using pracc.com i think
also you need a team to start scrimming
so get your friends or make an LFT post
