breach needs buff

1.Aftershock : too weak patch it to make it exactly same as sova ult
2 .Flashpoint : too weak it should perma blind anyone in the site and cant be avoided

3. fault line : patch it to make it exactly same as rolling thunder
   4 rolling thunder : it should deal damage and if combined with fade ult it should clear the whole site

also, his arms should be like 2 vandals but free and unlimited ammo

W. On top of that, Phoenix should be nerfed. Flashes too strong and overall just OP.
