Was just watching the PGL major and it seemed like almost all the pros use the G pro superlight! Is there a reason why it's so popular among CS pros? Even though G pro X is probably the most popular among notable Valorant pros but I think it's more diversified in valorant scene, right?
What do you guys think of the G pro x? Ik some people absolutely hate it, like TenZ for example but it could also be because he is a sellout for Finalmouse.

starlight-12(ofc hard to find but not for pros I would assume) is lighter and there are similar light mice.

A lot of people like the G Pro superlight. it's got neutral visual design, but comfortable for most hands, suitable for any kind of grip, and the tech in it is very good.

I personally use the razer viper ultimate because it seemed a good mouse for the price plus i got a charging dock for it. very handy.

With the focus of weight in peripherals being alleviated, it provides easier performance physically as well

There are other light mice in the market though. The new zowie -c series, some razer mice, FM starlight-12, some glorious mice are all sub 70 grams.

Superlight just got massive clout from the right PR moves in the gaming industry. Of course there are other light options

  • Light
  • Wireless
  • Shape and size suits most hands and grips
  • Widely available
  • Good reputation and known brand
  • Some of the best specs (most modern gaming mice have)

and original G Pro Wireless was one of the first wireless mouse that became really popular and reliable so I guess there's many who got used to the shape when using og one. That mouse changed the mice game tbh.
