Are there any reasons why there isnt any official riot circuit of India and why its being held by another company? I swear whenever i open vlr there is some India tourney/matches going on but no official VCT matches.

Rito don't wanna use money on Sout Asia kekw, basically we have three TOs who have grew so much in the past few years they can easily organise events like these on their own and riot wouldnt have to invest anything

RIOT official event will always be better and more organized and easier to follow for a casual player. I tried watching the oceania tour and it was way more organized and easy to follow and their matches are being streamed on twitch.

Yeah it makes it easier for people to watch outside India , in the end of the day if riot wants to earn from India they can give to the already pre established tos cuz they know how the Indian system works ig.

Actually, this is the official VCT circuit for India. Weird that they've contracted a third party, but they also do this for OCE as well, hence OCE Tour exist. For India, I have no idea exactly why they took this route, but it seems like a decent enough avenue. With Riot opening APAC offices including in India soon, I expect a more hands-on approach for Riot events in the future.

Yeah i've noticed Riot TO's are easier to follow and more structured and easier for the casual audience to follow. I was having problems keeping up with PPGL when they took it last year . And did RIOT say they opening offices in India?

They are not officially participate bcoz of Govt like Riot is owned by Tencent which in china so that's the sole reason

I think maybe it's because riot doesn't want any trouble from Indian govt. Chinese companies haven't had the best relationship with govt of India and therefore I think riot is just trying to stay away from India , that way atleast the govt won't ban the game in India.
