Apparently its something to do with the hidden mmr. So if youre a good player the game will put you in a weaker team to make your odds of winning 50/50 . Alot of people have been complaining about this recently

i play on 2 accounts 1 with only like 2 skins and 1 with a lot of skins elo is kind of the same i feel like on the account with more skins i get better teammates and i win way easier.
