lmao

posted 4 days ago

wtf is this guy doing man hes a cryptothrower

posted 4 days ago

Sure he had a great system but its more likely to do with confidence and mental than anything.
His life has probably been on a downwards spiral since champs where he mentioned he got into a fight with his dad and he was in a really bad place, that was the time he had his worst performance on optic yet. After that he joined C9 where his performance wasnt horrible. Its safe to assume tho after he got sacked there was more internal conflict in his family and that mightve convinced him that being on a team was better than none at all and joined DSG. From there it all fell apart and his ego is probably still in shambles.
The dude doesnt exactly have a supportive family

posted 5 days ago

the problem is that the format was a 6 team instead of 8 team format. Teams with BYEs in valorant have notoriously bad luck which i dont fault you for not knowing if youre new to the scene but if youve been a main stay for at least 2 years you should know this by now.
80% of the time teams that get BYEs who are favourites to win will lose their games unless its an overwhelmingly unlikely scenario. So much so to the point that everytime I do any pickems i always pick the teams with the BYEs to lose. I mean just look at all the leagues. In every league where theres real competition the teams that had BYEs lost their games.
Its probably due to a lack of momentum and so they start cold and go out cold too

posted 5 days ago

it would be completely fair and justified if T1 werent the ones to make it instead

posted 5 days ago

no one said cryo was close to aspas

posted 5 days ago

Byes just arent advantageous, you start off with much less momentum and getting rolled by PRX probably didnt help with their getting warm either. You could see that the later on it went in the GenG match they were hitting more clean shots and finally looking like themselves but it was too late.

posted 5 days ago

did you even watch the match against geng or are you being dense on purpose

posted 5 days ago

DRX fault for losing to 2 of the global top 3 who each had warmup games

posted 5 days ago

since the beginning of valorant weve seen that byes arent advantageous, the format is at fault for sure

posted 5 days ago

oh yea alr i guess thats justified

posted 5 days ago

being first seed isnt an advantage atp in valorant. More often than not weve seen favourites lose whenever theyve gained a bye. There shouldve just been an 8 team playoffs and first seeds given matches against the lowest seeds to stop having this shit happen every single time we have a qualifications

posted 5 days ago

he did NOT outcall johnqt lil bro x_x

posted 5 days ago

ah yes we love that 15IQ VLR logic.
Anyone with a brain would understand that DRX are infinitely better than T1

posted 5 days ago

youre actually so stupid for saying that shit.
DRX are and have been neck and neck with Geng for this whole year so far. T1 on the otherhand dont know how to be consistent to save their lives. They caught a GenG who werent shooting back and managed to qualify but DRX had to face 2 activated opponents all 3 of which would stomp T1 9/10 times.
Its just ridiculous that T1 qualified when its so clearly obvious who the top 3 apac teams are. At the very least with Americas G2 qualifying isnt as egregious considering that at least in the playoffs G2 can be considered within the top 3 on a good day. That cant be said for T1

posted 5 days ago

even if you wanna make it out to be that way both PRX and GenG are INFINITELY harder opponents than T1. Geng got 1 chance to make a mistake and redeem themselves whereas it was done for DRX the moment they lost to PRX.
T1 just get to stroll along while DRX who got first seed had to play against more difficult opponents because of it and start off with 0 momentum. I just dont understand riot and their intense desire to make qualification tourneys be as unfair as possible

posted 5 days ago

the fact that a team that just got 13-2ed by a Geng who arent at their peak qualified for an international over DRX is beyond me man. Riot messed up with this one

posted 5 days ago

eh not rlly, i dont support any team from my country either. im guessing the dude just isnt patriotic. Hard to root based off your country when you hate everything abt it

posted 5 days ago

except he cant get the guy out his head which seems to imply ratzham owns him

posted 5 days ago

yea p accurate lmao. Hes baits ppl into getting mad so that he can say that he was just trolling and feel good about himself and then he gets actually pissed whenever people call him out on it

posted 5 days ago

GenG if they can get back to their shooting form easily take down PRX. PRX recently and even arguably during champs lacked any strategic depth. They always lost when their firepower was matched

posted 5 days ago

yea his style of calling, the way it was changing throughout the map round to round, the way hed read the opponents, it was so engaging. It was like watching optic v loud cause of the constant adaptations and nothing is more entertaining to watch in this game

posted 5 days ago
  1. Sen
  2. 100T
  3. TH
  4. EDG
4/5/6/7. FNC/GenG/FUT/PRX (just off firepower alone)

Idc where you put the rest theyre ALL trash

posted 5 days ago

everyone is glazing them for making it. Theyre so clearly mid asf but the fact that theyve exceeded everyones expectations has ppl saying theyre insane

posted 5 days ago

me when i forget to take my meds

posted 1 week ago

bro already forgot what happened in madrid x_x

posted 1 week ago

all the teams in the world rn are just flat out bad tho, theres really no consistency so far this year and until we get a set meta that is really flexible and allows for a lot of different counter play then i dont think that will change much

posted 1 week ago

While that is true the teams not from first seed WILL NOT win playoffs so there isnt much to worry about there (other than possibly 100T).
Unless KRU win playoffs and then go on a tear again in split 2 sen likely wont lose their spot. Sen still have the most points in all of the VCT leagues at 9 points

posted 2 weeks ago

are you high?

posted 2 weeks ago

because theyre in the shittiest fucking region, how is that even a serious question???

posted 2 weeks ago

yea but what you dont understand with all these comparisons to TH and DRX is that SEN are in by far the most competitive VCT league. PRX, TH, Loud and KC are all losing to teams they shouldnt be losing to but they have enough of a buffer against the bottom teams that they dont even need to worry about qualifying for playoffs or not. In Americas rn literally every team can compete with each other apart from MIBR and Furia.
SEN looked only decent against Lev and managed to get all the rounds that they did but theyre going against the best player in the world playing the best game in the entire history of VCT. Then they went against EG and had near 0 material to review to anti against them and choked when they came against unexpected lurks and the vastly uncharacteristic performance of Jawgemo and Apoth. Its the exact same thing that just happened against loud with the whole deadlock gimmick and the fact that EVERYONE on Loud today was bringing a level that they hadnt done in any game prior to the game against Sentinels.
If any of TH, KC, or PRX went against this kind of competition NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM would qualify for playoffs either other than MAYBE TH considering they just got woot and would be playing with him for these last 2 matches

posted 2 weeks ago

Yea but Sentinels werent nearly as good an ahead of the meta as FNC was. There are so many competitive teams currently that can punch above their weight and they all bring their A game against a Sen who havent had the time to reinvent themselves.
Theyre dried out, they just cant bring 100% all the time and this is exactly what that is. They were doing well in terms of adapting to loud but the issue was just that they werent hitting their shots or clutching rounds when it mattered and the 10-2 on defense made it impossible to get a comeback on the attack side which is where they excel.

posted 2 weeks ago

it wasnt a fluke, SEN were just ass

posted 3 weeks ago

Yea I mean Sen not making Shanghai was pretty much written the moment they decided to go on the most grueling run of the entire VCT circuit. A 2 week break after that kind of a run is definitely not nearly enough downtime to rest and take a break

posted 3 weeks ago

Literally everyone including tenz was shitting the bed when it came to aim duels for almost the entire game. Tenz showed up at the end of Sunset and Sacy showed up in the beginning of Bind, zekken was kinda here and there.
You cant possibly be blaming a single player especially a support player when the whole team is absolutely crumbling

posted 3 weeks ago

-8/8

posted 3 weeks ago

do you realize what you wrote in your own comment? This is hella ironic im genuinely laughing so hard rn

posted 3 weeks ago

it wasnt even a nerf tho. PRX played at pretty much the same level they did with something. Why do you think CGRS was given such massive praise by everyone at the event and everyone watching it?
The level of play didnt significantly increase with Something and if anything they were far less disciplined and overheated WAAAY more when something came back which cost them key rounds in many games and even during the GF against EG.
The only thing that changed was their consistency map to map and their comp prep which again really wouldnt have made much of a difference considering their oppositions best maps and perma bans

posted 3 weeks ago

Im not so convinced, its like the Loud 3-1 in champs. Loud were so obviously the better team in that tournament and just because they had close maps doesnt mean anything. If you lose multiple maps in a grand finals and you arent able to pull out your 120% to win the game then youre just the worse team no 2 ways about it.
FNC winning 3 maps in a row just goes to show that theyre that much better regardless of the map scores. And if you wanna pull out the map scores to argue that had they won 1 more round they couldve posed a challenge then im sure i could look thhrough the match and make an even more bulletproof argument that FNC had more unlucky rounds that were taken away from them.
SEN in 2021 had a bunch of close maps in iceland but didnt lose a single one. That just goes to show how much better they are at closing out games than everyone else competing

posted 3 weeks ago

what top teams were nerfed in tokyo lil bro?

posted 3 weeks ago

You could argue this for so many teams that made deep runs and some that won tourneys as well. Loud faced literally nobodies in Champs 22 but they very obviously were the best team at the event, EG faced garbage until the upper finals and lower finals and then PRX threw the GF, Optic have literally never had a difficult run for their entire 1 year podium placements (they at most had 1 difficult game and 1 thrown away game (typically DRX)).
Theres never an argument for why a tournament is a fluke because for the past 3 years of valorant there has never been a tournament where there were more than 4 genuinely good teams (usually only 2 of which have a real chance at winning).

posted 3 weeks ago

bro really said out loud "Im gonna waste my peace of mind and think about this meaningless post on a shit forum just so i can prove im right to someone i dont know"
Thats embarrassing dawg

posted 3 weeks ago

TBF tho Navi are always dogshit in regionals and turn up when it comes to international tourneys. I mean theyve literally only ever won 1 regional and that was before they started trolling with their comps and roles

posted 3 weeks ago

not to mention it had a "like-champs" bundle that was split 50-50 with the teams that attended (something no masters have ever even remotely had)

posted 3 weeks ago

So for all those reasons FNC were not the best team at the event? Just help make it make sense

posted 3 weeks ago

oh i love reading the absolute copium from every single one of you. Delusions gotta be by far the most entertaining thing to see on VLR
