dude 2 years ago I tore both of my ACL's ok that took me 8 months to recover okay and then 3 months later in my first training session I injured my knee 2 months ago I got out of hospital and am recovering . Btw I am used to be a national lvl basketball player in India and an year before that I used to live in the US and was the starting point guard for my high school team . Like I was on wheelchair for a the last one 1 year and 7-8 months . I dont want u to feel sympathy just uk context .
