Boaster is my favorite player in the fnatic pro scene. He truly does have it all. He plays as a IGL/support player, but he knows how to get the important picks and how to clutch when needed. Easily one of my favorite players of all time

Is one of them residing in EU?, does Riot not consider Ukraine CIS?, do you only need 2 players from(or in) a region to qualify for it's VCT? or is it something else?
