no surprise ethan couldnt igl hes not an igl, its like telling derke to do midround. it was a disaster waiting to happen. people need to compare those who are actually calling. boostio/valyn/munchkin/kinggg are all great callers and mid to good shooters. the tradeoff for igling for mechanics will never win you a title unless you have a dynamic of 3-4 top of the line shooters

this site is an echochamber that has no choice but to think that every little call and idea is coming from the boss fns and that without fns the players all of a sudden turn into headless chickens. they fail to see that there are other options and that fns is more of a detriment than a plus. they will use 2024 nrg as an example, but their failure was due to role issues and nobody with the experience of calling. they think that it must be either fns or nobody, even if fns has been horrible since 2022 after losing the best fragger in the world at the time.

fns is riding his legacy since valorant was a young game and he was ahead of time, along with being a veteran from prior experience. people have caught up to his calling and surpassed his lowbar shooting, yet viewers cant and wont acknowledge it without comms videos. Best calls yet called an 0-4 against blg.

lakia was easily the most underperforming player on Geng and actually all of the top teams this year. granted there were supposedly wrist problems, but its disingenous to say that he "popped off". anyone who says that must have selectively hearing, or watched a total of 2 games this year. At best he was mediocre, maybe you only watched shanghai and stage 2 but thats ok. but champs, madrid, kickoff and stage 1 it was so obvious that lakia was not a great shooter and made so many mistakes. maybe cause of nerves but it doesnt matter.

this site is an echochamber with no real attachment to the world around them. you get downvoted for a lot of tuff - still amazes me how people see saadhak/fns/boaster are still top players in spite of horrid performances all year (especially boaster, this guy is losing them so many games and is essentially deadweight beyond anything but calling. hell I would rather have some coaches play than him)

saadhak is madly overrated and has been riding on previous achievements as goat status, subpar calls and shit shooting so him going to emea isnt as big as a hit to BR val as you think. People have had nothing but problems with Less so teamplay wise maybe its for the best even if hes such a great shooter
