Generally this rapid movement stuff is hard to deal for players in lower elos. All this movement yap i hear all the time is kinda counter effective (in my humble opinion), because player will not only have to worry about enemy moving but his own playermodel aswell.

Im gonna tell you how i aim. Whenever i see an enemy i just stop moving. None of this crouch and strafe shit. And then i just aim and shoot. If my crosshair placement is off, i will try to track the enemies head.
