example: nrg signed brawk which was a good T2 move but it was mostly because mada vouched hard i think and there weren't really trials. also they dont have an academy

1. Pick up a T2 Duelist. Most of the exciting T2 duelists are under 18 though and won't be able to play for at least a year or two. I don't think any of the University players would give up collegiate for T1.
2. Move Cryo to Duelist and sign a true FLEX. I have no idea who'd you sign but at least it helps settle role issues.
3. Start an academy team. 100T are a well ran org why don't they start an academy side like most of the league?
