How about a mirror agent? One of their ability would be to put a mirror on the wall to get info that way. Another ability would be that if it activates, you could shoot anyone you see in the mirror for some damage. And ultimate ability would be that you are able to copy some other agent's ability from the enemy team(maybe ult or any other ability). Or an ability where they are not affected by any abilities of enemy agents they select or shoot.

I also thought of another agent where they have smokes that cannot be spammed through, meaning, if the enemy spams through it, they will be highlighted like a sova dart.

I think that's a losing strategy because you are playing to go 3 maps whereas you should think about winning the first two and then maybe think of something on 3rd if you mess up first two.
