i love plat chat and i’m excited for their podcast every week, but it really is true that they shit on EMEA without shitting in NA. i’ve especially noticed it in the past couple of weeks comparing valoranting’s podcast with their’s. vansilli and the NA guest are always saying positive things about NA and throwing in a couple things to watch out for, while mitch and the EU guest do the exact same for EMEA. it’s crazy hearing the difference in the way they talk about EMEA.

don’t get me wrong, a lot of the times they are right about EMEA teams and shit on them when shit is due but the main problem is whenever they see a team playing bad they choose to only focus on that team and not the other.

the reason they shit on these teams is for comedy and clout, which i get because that’s what their fan base enjoys. i think they just need to shit on NA more and stop only focusing on the bad parts of EMEA (mainly sideshow and bren, which is surprising considering they’re from EU) and focus on both bad and good in balance with both regions

this is not a reasonable statistic because of course almost half of U.S.‘s undergraduates are white considering there are 200 million white/non-hispanic people in our country while the closest race in population is hispanic at 58 million
