Ceres is the dark horse of dark horses, hopefully we see at least 1 upset from them

Neptune is winning Champs!

I don't have anything against GambleNats, GambleNats, if you're reading this, I apologize for not editing my reply earlier

posted 5 months ago

sorry for not clarifying, I don't actually name anyone in this thread baiters, I just think it would be cool to have normal vlr users in the team, balancing out the chaos and quirkiness of the team sometimes.

posted 5 months ago

welcome to the vlr multiverse

posted 5 months ago

GambleNats could be a good IGL, idk if he agrees tho

(this is just my opinion lol)

posted 5 months ago

I would like to see Aayan play in a semi-pro match at least

posted 5 months ago

I'll hop on the train so u guys won't be lonely

posted 5 months ago

I mean, ig reducing the import slots to 1 is already a good change. Slowly but surely they will have to integrate significant changes to improve the JP competitive valorant scene

posted 5 months ago

a bit of a surprising one, but I am going for DRG and XLG.

try learning a new language!

posted 5 months ago

well, on what scope is politics/religion bannable or not

posted 5 months ago

I'm going to need to ask the mods for some clarification

posted 5 months ago

CS wasn't really that popular in KR, since it coincided with the release of LoL and the popularity of StarCraft during that time iirc (anyone pls cmiiw)

As for CN, it's more of a casual rather than a competitive fanbase (again, pls cmiiw)

most of the time when a match is not happening, vlr doesn't have that much to talk about

posted 5 months ago

I'm guessing is bc the roster meshed well with Sylvan, while carpe, not as much

posted 5 months ago

Realistically, he isn't leaving

posted 5 months ago

nope, turns out I thought people were talking about TenTen's drama (it was over a year ago that was mb)

this is what happens when u check vlr as soon as u wake up

posted 5 months ago

I might do one soon if somebody else doesn't do it yet

posted 5 months ago

not sure if vlr keeps going in that rate without something interesting happening

posted 5 months ago

I think it is about the TenTen drama that resurfaced all of a sudden or
It's the thread of the vct kpopification rant.

posted 5 months ago

if vlr tries to start discussions like that all of the users will get a time out (that's the minimum punishment)

posted 5 months ago

That isn't really the case for some, I think some are just sensitive after all.

posted 5 months ago

This happens in real life sports as well.

posted 5 months ago

I don't think sweaty and stinky people will make the experience good (the smell might turn off some people. especially sensitive ones). But if that's what makes u happy, I'm fine with that.

posted 5 months ago

some of the SEA teams are still using strategies (TS anti-stratting, PRX #WGAMING for example) that don't really work that much in the current meta. THe other teams have already prepared against them for at least a month.

posted 5 months ago

but in return, it escalated pretty quickly. The moment fl1pzjder commented on the drama, things got pretty bad. At least fl1pz apologized!

posted 5 months ago

noticing a lot of kpopification of vct fans threads lately, so let's change the topic up a bit!

u can use this thread as a safe space/free chat! u can discuss about any topic u have in mind!

posted 5 months ago

he's a good player, but I'm really surprised that T1 hired him as a member of their Valorant academy considering his reputation

posted 5 months ago

a casual viewer of VCT would be someone's first impression

posted 5 months ago

that's pretty cool!

posted 5 months ago

the VCT Pacific cast said during finals weekend that Sylvan was sick. carpe had no choice but to sub in.

posted 5 months ago

I wouldn't say that, they bounced back to win the Masters Shanghai grand final after being down 2-1 vs TH

posted 5 months ago

Seems like Sylvan is back at his top condition. Hopefully he doesn't get blamed if T1 lose. This Masters event is super stacked.

posted 5 months ago

yeah but it wasn't as evident as this year so far.

posted 5 months ago

it doesn't seem like Jawg fits in G2's playstyle. His pop off maps are usually known for being explosive, aggressive, and a lot more having to do with an entry duelist. G2's playstyle contradicts that.

posted 5 months ago

not accepted by a lot of fans tbh. but the complaints died down bc it's just what it is. VCT will never have a format like this bc compared to League, Valorant has way faster games.

posted 5 months ago

just replace the group stage with swiss stage. no need to revamp the ENTIRE format.

posted 5 months ago

Riot is never going to consider this idea. They just need to restructure the format a little bit for Pacific teams to gain more experience playing against the top teams (KR vs SEA, KR vs JP, etc.)

posted 5 months ago

It's not bc of the language tho..................

unless I'm missing something.

posted 5 months ago

like how rich? T1 type rich?

posted 5 months ago

I'm definitely super late, but it's whatever.

posted 5 months ago

completely unrelated but I just wanna ask how rich is VIT as an org? Cuz idk much about them affording Leo and Alfa. Those will definitely need huge buyouts?

posted 5 months ago

it's pretty hilarious how he tried to find a correlation between APAC orgs bc of a team losing. Correlation and causation are different............

posted 5 months ago

I say Derke and aspas are both the GOATs

posted 5 months ago

people in vlr acting like 2 great duelists can't be called the G.O.A.T
