this is wolves' first international and it was edg's 7th, they had gotten 5-6th twice in the past as well. I personally don't think it's really that close

I expected wolves to do good

I feel like people are being way too harsh on RRQ. They looked way better than MIBR, XLG, TH and BLG. They played against a WOL team with insane momentum and FNC, who everyone had top 3 not long ago. First international narrative is kinda old, but 3 of their players made their global debut as well. They should bounce back and learn from this and I doubt they will stay down for long.

I think they will replace midi for stage 2 and if they don't let this boom them, they will make champs and have potential to do some damage there but this just felt like everything went wrong for them. I feel bad for the team and hope they can bounce back from this
