i actually dont understand how u can think derke is better than aspas

like he literally went from a team with alfa chronicle leo and boaster to a team with less sayf and trexx and people act like its crazy that hes gone to so many events
if derke wasn’t on fnatic or vitality, would we consider either of these rosters a super team? if derke doesn’t perform how he did this year, or in 2024, or in 2022, or in 2021, do any of his teams stand a chance?

everyone talks about how he has the most international appearances, so many international kills, 2 wins etc. but lets keep it a buck

he has never been (yes, including now on vit) been the best or even close to the best player on his team
put literally any top tier duelist on that 2023 team and they have the same success, in fact put any top tier duelist on fnc in general and they make the same amount of tournmenets
he is a very good player, top 15 all time, but nowhere near the goat status

kk has perfected the duelist role, perfect entries and contributes to his team even if his aim is off. on defence his op threat is unbelievable and his team can play around that alone.
this might sound dumb but i think aspas but be a better player than him but the fact that he can play any duelist at a top level both on offence and defence makes him a better “duelist” idk how to explain it
