edg not qualifying to toronto was surprising to me but i only watch na, emea and sometimes apac matches, so i wouldnt REALLY know what goes in that region to get a full grasp on why that happened in the first place

imo its not that deep teams have 3-4 weeks to prep for 1 map change and that’s an insane amount of time especially for the teams who have already qualified. on top of that, i’ve rarely seen fracture played in the matches ive watched so if anything some teams may be more grateful than others and those other teams can just perma ban it consistently if it’s too much of a worry

somehow g2 get so lucky but choke when it truly matters i genuinely think they look worse but oh well
