Where is Rb

posted about 2 years ago

Many people focus on Russian players but JP players are solid. SZ is not just a russian carry team like split1 Sengoku.
TORANECO sub IGL, consistent controller + clutch king.
Allen improving so hard, he was RC player in Split1 and lost all matches in japan league.

Far east Russian players are 40-70 ping to Tokyo server and over 100 ping to EMEA server.
I feel something wrong with calling them "EMEA Player".
Jemkin and Kr1stal live in Japan for 6 months and improved so hard.
Respect them.

They faced a year ago. (ZETA vs BB)
BB players moved to SZ and they changed 2 members so I don't know which is better.
From scrim leak, I feel ZETA has a win over SZ in total.

I know. But I feel SZ is underrated so I put this results here.

SZ also improved. They changed roster(-zennakukin +Allen) and there is no communication issues.
I'm looking forward to watch the game.

Kr1stal better. He is IGL and his agent pool is insane.
Jemkin is solid duelist, but not on the same level as something yet.

Where is cracked initiater in Japan...

posted about 2 years ago
  1. Because of TENNN's eye injury, they couldn't practice enough before champions. They thought it would work if they had enough time to prepare.
  2. Concern about communication error. ZETA has a history of making a difference to domestic teams in terms of communication.
  3. Our FPS history is short, so we don't have extra coach in japan. But I think we should import coaches, in fact FL won VCL japan with Johnta(ex-FPX) as head coach.
posted about 2 years ago

Firstly, We don't have so much talents. VCJ teams rely on KR/RU players.

ZETA didn't want to change their roster.
Some young players(syouTa,Xdll, makiba,CLZ) tried out for DFM but got rejected.
CR,FAV,NTH players chose to lead their team to the International League.

SCARZ or Jadeite. (imo JDT)
But LF and GF will take place a month later so team that have reached the top 3 from losers also have a chance.

posted about 2 years ago

I'm honestly frustrated too and I want my players to be hungry. But I don't know if that will make the players happy.

As for DFM, the coaches are to blame. They did't pick up controller main player and continue changing roles during the season.

posted about 2 years ago

I agree with you. Fennel hired Johnta from EMEA and won Split1 Challengers JP.

posted about 2 years ago

Your opinion is partly wrong.

・CR players can make more money than DFM players through streaming. And they can live as a streamer after retiring.
Other team's players will be well rewarded if they are active on the domestic scene.
Would you still choose to go DFM?

In the case of BlackWiz, he loves the team NTH very much. He is solid player and I think DFM should pick up him, but he was not invited by the team and now wants to go to Pacific League as NTH.

・There is literaly no third-party tournaments.
During 2022 off-season, there is no competitive tournaments operated by JP third-party.
I know some regular competitions (AIM Cup and Xross Cup) , but the prize money is only 40$ and most of the staff are volunteers.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility for many tier 1 professional teams to participate in such competitions.
