That would be RRQ. Other orgs tryna put the best of the best, while they tryna put the cheapest of them all (declining to buyout valuable player offer tier 2 free agent). Nah, its better for Indo player to sign to another org rather than this scummy one. Some reports stated that they forced the trialed players to sign a predatory contract with a very limited time to think. A true indonesian val fans would prefer indo pro go to another teams
They should just give the slot to Boom or Onic, these mobile org don't deserve anything. Already got supported by Riot yet pedal-backing so hard to sign good player and sticking with tier 2 free players
