also one of the most important things if your playing in a team based enviorment is not to loose your cool. If someone flames you mid game and ur immediate response is to punch them, ur getting booted off the team. sure they flamed you mid game (which is something they should not do at all), but reacting that way is even more unacceptable. What you should do is shut the fuck up, drop the ego, and use whatever anger you have and fuel it in your game and be the best version of your game. if your playing shit, you will get flamed and thats just how it is.
