On Jett, yes. Flex? Can't really tell.

Pretty much agree. Misaya was actually pretty decent back in Sengoku Gaming, but he went downhill this time because he's not experienced much in IGLing. Their previous IGL, Art (ibanin), moved to Jadeite, that's why Misaya took the spot for IGL (he said that he does half of the IGL job but I don't know who is the other one lol) and we can see that it doesn't have much impact unless something and Vici frag a lot. nobita is actually a great player, kinda dark horse of the team, but he's pretty inconsistent in the tourney. I don't want to talk about Fisker because his low is really low, I don't understand at all and now he's playing as controller where he's usually the one who entries the site but surprisingly he was doing okay when he doesn't entry lol.

And yeah, once again, unlucky for them this time. I guess smth was tired and drained on the 5th map (yet he was still doing his best)... also the momentum shifted from the previous map as well and CLZ dropped 33 bombs for the last map.

If they decide to be together again for split 2, then I guess they need more experience by doing scrims with other team outside of region and if Misaya wants to improve as an IGL, he also can learn by watching VODs and sorta (whatever is needed as an IGL).

This interview is so heartbreaking, you can see their faces covered with regrets and sadness. Comeback stronger, SG! Good luck in lower final for FL. GGWP for both teams.

posted about 2 years ago

GG, that was such a banger last map. CLZ turned into beast mode.

posted about 2 years ago

yes, the lower final will be held March 18th and the grand final the day after. today is the last online game.

posted about 2 years ago

I feel bad for something, I think it's tiring to take this "go kill smth" strat and he gets diff by CLZ at this last map. It's not the end so anything can happen.

posted about 2 years ago

Yes, it is. The lower final as well. If SG can win against FL, then they will be on LAN for sure and will play against SCARZ.

posted about 2 years ago

We're going map 5 for sure.

posted about 2 years ago

GG CR! makiba, medusa, Meiy = MVP for the day.
Let's go SCARZ, winning the lower final and go to grand final to have a rematch with CR.

posted about 2 years ago

everything is not about fragging (I know that it's also important), but also the teamwork/strats/calls in-game. it has nothing to do with whether they're Russian or nah.

posted about 2 years ago

It's actually true because they will hold this event offline in Osaka.

CR ban Lotus, SZ ban Ascent. CR pick Fracture, SZ pick Pearl, CR pick Haven, SZ pick Icebox, and decider Split.

I hope either ZETA or DFM can do well in Pacific League.

posted about 2 years ago

That's true but Japanese Valorant fans are actually supportive to other teams as well. Still sad tho.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, actually they lift the ban recently after the tourism banned was lifted as well back in October. But I feel like they will cheer if they're asked to do it but maybe it will be different in Master Tokyo, where the foreigners can bring the hype to the stadium later.

it's not absurd to be honest, you can free spray if you're using phantom. LOUD mostly used vandal so it's easier to track their location as well and just spam through the smoke as well.

posted about 2 years ago

And then people will blame the "dead crowd" in Japan because they're so discipline and it's actually their rules in the region.

posted about 2 years ago

bro, they ain't playing ranked lol it must be part of their calls in-game. you're coping so hard.

posted about 2 years ago

they keep winning their map picks but split is just different this time. nt NTH, gg FL! thank you for showing us such a banger 5 maps today. <3

posted about 2 years ago

This is so sad, not gonna lie. Last map is so one-sided but maybe comeback is real. 👍🏻

posted about 2 years ago

I don't know about the pay but they just like their identity as CR members. :")

posted about 2 years ago

I feel like they're more comfortable to talk in their mother language rather than in English to make the comms easier.

posted about 2 years ago

Exclude the CR members because they don't want to leave CR at all.

no way, that ninja defuse 💀

surprisingly he's good if he's not the entry.

Fracture, Pearl, Haven, Lotus, Split. Holy, GLHF!

posted about 2 years ago

The PRX take is copium imo. You need to know that PRX, DRX, and ZETA are the only team from Pacific that don't have a roster change at all and they suppose to have the upperhands because they've been working together as a team for so long. Imagine they want to prepare for Master Tokyo ASAP where they can get the freepass if they win LOCKED//IN or if they're not, they also need to be top 3 in Pacific league.

he made a lot of stupid mistakes but not to mention his teammates as well. 😮‍💨

That duck crosshair is cute tho :"

It's just a game for you, but not for other pro players where it's their line of work and passion.

posted about 2 years ago

but truly, I didn't see that "craziness" today. I guess he got everything on his head but the calls or strats were just holding him back, perhaps.

posted about 2 years ago

maybe it's just about the pressure or the 'bond' between the team. I feel like initiator needs to communicate a lot so maybe that was the cause of this problem. it's just pure assumption from me though but well... it is what it is.

posted about 2 years ago

Based on the play today, Suggest made a lot mistakes as Breach and KAY/O. He's also not careful about his surroundings. I can point out to where he did a late stun before xnfri to peek but xnfri died to it. Traded but they still lost the round. About not being careful, he seemed clueless (he did this a lot if you were to watch it again) like, bro... you're in-game right now, are you daydreaming or something? I believe that he's not comfortable with his role. He's more of a sentinel player rather than an initiator. Breach and KAY/O are just hard to play imo.

Well, he has the chance to prove himself in Pacific league.

posted about 2 years ago

Sadly, Meiy doesn't want to leave CR at all. He said it on his stream after the franchising team announcement. He likes his identity as CR Meiy and he feels like it's 'cheating' because he hasn't proved a lot of himself, so he wants to strive for the Ascension along with his team members.

posted about 2 years ago

I believe ZETA had a bootcamp in EU at offseason but I don't remember exactly where.

posted about 2 years ago

Do you personally think that CR is better than DFM? Gen ask, I'm curious. :D

posted about 2 years ago

To begin with, smth isn't really flexible on Raze, he's more like a Jett player. Even though he's been farming as Raze everytime they play in Fracture but I guess he got diff by neth's Raze yesterday.

posted about 2 years ago

neth (IGL) on Raze is a different breed. 💀 congrats CR on 14-0 in main event! 🥳

posted about 2 years ago

Banger incoming! 🥳

posted about 2 years ago

Oh, SG tweak their comp. to single duelist this time. Fisker is on controller 💀

posted about 2 years ago

Even if CR lose 2-0 to SG, nothing will change because they already have the upperhand in the playoff. CR will face SCARZ again in the upper bracket final, and it will be held on LAN at Osaka.

posted about 2 years ago

Because ZETA is in franchised right now, CR is kinda dominating the Japanese scene.
