why the fuck does no one ban bind against them. they are insane on bind whereas every other map way more average
it was the first year of vct. i hope there will be a few 3rd party international lans next that actually count towards the vct circuit points as well as the official tourneys.
2 challengers (regional) LAN, 2 masters LAN, 3 third party LAN, LCQ (regional) LAN, Champs LAN
that i think would be ideal.
examples of 3rd party organizers: red bull, blast, dreamhack, MSI, Razer, KJC (could be partially invited teams based on recent performance as well as open qualifiers. i think it would be cool if there was circuit points for these tourneys)
riot probably wants to franchise so there could be regional leagues twice a year (to qual for challengers)
bronzil always do well in scrims then flop in actual matches

vk is a potential upset team against both nv and acend.
furia could potentially do something agaisnt sen/tl
team secret could impress people and even qual as i feel not many people rate them highly
fs could certainly make it out of group d and pull off some upsets

props to riot as the seeding was much better this time and was as fair as it could have been. honestly, was kinda inevitable that we would have a group of death. this time they havent done the two emea teams in one group bs rule. and personally, i think the format is really good so super excited for champs, letss gooo
i dont get how people think tl are favourites to win. sure they did well in lcq against a shit g2 and guild and won red bull where everyone was testing strats and not taking things seriously. they look amazing and super in form so i wouldn't be surprised if they win but certainly not favourites. Gambit in form stomped everyone same with sentinels so they are certainly favourites.
Envy dropped their coach and picked up chet who hasnt really done much so they could easily underperform and they no longer so unknown (with the addition of yay). however i still have hopes they can perform so are they are definitely up there.
Gambit played insane in playoffs and looked completely different from groups which was probably a confidence thing so its not far to put them that low. Their strats and reads are unbelievable and are 2nd/3rd favourites to win.
everything else i agree with. hope vs show what they are capable and vk improve with the addition of mwzera. also want to see a underdog make an upset run. that would be cool. maybe FS, TS or CR.

sen fnatic got 1.6 mil and that was only masters 1 (admittidly it was the first lan) champs is way way more hyped so i think with popular teams can pull loads of viewers

no hes wrong though. dota 2 and lol pull millions more viewers than cs and they are super complex to understand
32 at champs would be hype
24 team masters and 32 team champs would be good. i think riot just needs to change the regional qualifying system (challengers) as it feels really stale with it being qualifier into qualifier into qualifier into qualifier

it would have to be a lan as SA and OCE are very far apart geographically. dont see any other way to split it
not sure how i feel about franchsing as it kills teir 2 competition but is really good for teir 1 teams. honestly i think riot should stick with what they have atm for a while and make some necessary changes

yeah i was thinking that, but he is still very viable which is good
havent really been able to watch the games but alot of teams have been playing him now. are they getting good use out of him as before only really 100t was utilising him well?
