small bit of truth. Vitamin D and B12 do help with symptoms of depression and even anxiety. Seed oils and corn syrup and generally a bad diet contribute to mental health, and eating healthier and cutting those out really do help. Besides that, everything else in here is conspiracy nonsense.

there are meds that help with ADHD that aren't adderall which doctors might be more willing to prescribe until you get fully diagnosed with ADHD professionally, so there isn't an excuse for doctors to blow off people's symptoms. They do anyways however.

oh another thing to note is that ADHD overlaps with Depression and an Anxiety disorder a lot (according to the Psychiatrist that finally listened to me)
if you have depression on file they should be considering ADHD MORE
my #1 tip is if you know any family with ADHD please mention that as ADHD can be genetic as well.

took me 6 doctors until one finally took me seriously and was willing to give me very basic medication until I got my next psych eval 8 months out.

I had a full-day psychological evaluation that got cancelled after waiting 8 months and proceeded to get so upset I blew it off for a while until I had motivation to try again instead of immediately rescheduling.
I am not diagnosed but I recently got medicated for ADHD-like symptoms until I can get evaluated and diagnosed. it's really really hard to find a doctor willing to help.
