I meant og as in original cs like cs 1.6, sorry that was super confusing I didn't even think of that
I still think as an individual and the hype around them + skill + accolades lurppis in 1.6 was better but at the same time it's very possible aleksib could overtake him soon. I might just be biased a bit since I think it's harder to be a GOAT as an IGL since fragging is important too

posted 5 months ago

I think aleksib good only in b1ad3's system
if you look back to og CS I'd pick someone like lurppis who was insanely talented fragger and still won a ton of tournaments, but that was a very long time ago

posted 5 months ago

greatest of all time and you post aleksib, not CS2 but CS overall
how old are you

posted 5 months ago

Kyu is IGL, this would work better if -zander
Eeiu (Initiator)
Cryo (Controller)
Sato (Duelist)
Kyu (Flex+IGL)
Just need a good senti player at that point

https://www.hltv.org/events
Anything that says "Major" on it is equivalent to a masters/champs. The next two largest tournaments are "IEM Katowice" and "IEM Cologne", you can think of those as 2nd in importance only behinds Majors just due to them being massive arenas, held every year since the game came out, and generally has the most prestige even if it's not the most money or a Major. Then there are tournaments where there isn't prestige, but money. This year that includes: PGL Events, Fissure 2025 Finals, Esports World Cup, Thunderpick World Championship. The rest are kinda like if Valorant's main competition was if we had International Minors, still a trophy and important but not a Major and not a ton of money. ESL Pro League is like Valorant's normal League Season just international and twice a year, and every other tournament is just for points to qualify for majors, whether large or small. This includes any BLAST or IEM events that are not the ones I've already listed.

tl;dr
Ranked in importance:
Anything that says "Major" = masters/champs, all top teams
IEM Katowice and IEM Cologne = not majors but massive arenas, held every year since release, most prestige only behind majors, most top teams
PGL Events, Fissure 2025 Finals, Esports World Cup, Thunderpick World Championship = money farming events, decent amount of top teams
Everything else in a big box on events page = Fun to watch, not very important but some top teams
Everything else = t3-t4 not recommended, level of play is low

mad about what? I haven't applied to BaitersU yet, but I'm considering it. looks like you got a lot of stars and comments from the newest post, so I'm happy for you since I know it means so much to you.

his eyes are red on map2 he definitely cried between maps (https://www.vlr.gg/445500/n4rrate-my-glorious-king) I feel bad and you can tell he's trying really hard to do well in his new role. it was his 7th map ever on Omen and he had barely any help most takes.

posted 6 months ago

feel bad for him, this map (map2 vs g2) his eyes are hella red, you can tell he cried between maps. he's trying his best :/

yessir that pistol round was a classic then he was not very good past that on that c9 roster honestly
I was a tenz fan you're right, but in all honesty everyone they've added I've liked past tenz so I became a sentinels fan as well. I was a massive zekken+cryo fan on xset and when they added zekken was very happy.

you need mental help if a video game match does this to you

icy was definitely not a human drone man he just wasn't fragging out, he'd just frag near other players or a bit below. just that a team going for trophies needs someone who can frag out

posted 6 months ago

I started watching them but not a fan because I knew dapr, shahzam and sick from CS
I also knew sinatraa as well, just seemed like a cool mix
became a fan when TenZ joined which is the thing for most, also knew Zellsis and shroud from CS, so I just really liked the mix of players they were getting

sen fans unironically watch matches and just constantly complain and immediately ask for roster changes. it's almost as if they are hate watching man, worse than every other team I've seen. there is a reason the flair is hated sadly

posted 6 months ago

he's played omen 6 times ever, they put him on it as B anchor on abyss against a really good dive yoru comp bro can barely do anything 💔

posted 6 months ago

this is why people hate sen flairs 💔

fair, I think getting Deadlock stunned and then netted and then instakilled does sound about as infuriating as a Kirby sleep...

posted 6 months ago

I feel like Deadlock has been good in the current meta and was a solid pocket pick on multiple maps, but I think Harbor was only good on Pearl and arguably Breeze and it was a very short span of time. I get the point though, I tried thinking of whoever was the worst agent in pro player since release and I just thought of Harbor first.

Identify 30 of the best F/A players in the region
Have the practice the map with the comp 24/7, the groups do not play with eachother
change your roster mid match depending on what map it is

sounds like a ton of commitment and time, and I mean sure it's better than nothing but I don't think you'll find a group of players that can beat a good salaried t2 team even when they practice 24/7

posted 6 months ago

bro 30k a year is like $14.50 an hour full-time which is poverty level in the US (not actually, but you can't live with that unless you live in the middle of nowhere)
from what I know most pros work 60-70 hours a week praccing, playing, reviewing etc meaning even being generous that's $9.60 an hour or as low as $8.25

hungrybox, it's like some player picking harbor every match and just nuking. made the impossible possible.

I think the roster of agents needs to be expanded a lot more for bans, and I'd only do it in prem/officials. I'd just do a dual ban, but both have to be different roles. If there is a tie, goes to a quick 10s tiebreaker and in the event of another tie it chooses random out of the options.

I don't even like aspas' playstyle but anyone who says he isn't the most consistent and highest peaks since the game came out is wrong

posted 6 months ago

honestly if you don't play a lot I'd still say you just have to keep playing. there really isn't much you can do to automatically make you a good aimer, it's just all about getting the muscle memory of moving to angles and knowing where to aim. the only thing I'd genuinely practice is flicks and tracking, everything else you need to learn by playing

posted 6 months ago

just play man, aim routines are good for warming up your wrist and making sure your muscle memory is on point and nothing else
a lot of aim is crosshair placement which you just learn by playing

100T because I want them to win and every time I root for them they lose
Cloud9 because they keep trolling with mid roster moves
FURIA because they can't build a roster
LOUD for being contract bums
Global Esports because the owner is a clown

posted 6 months ago

if YFP loses it's just proof that the t2 ecosystem is toxic, this is literally the furia team that handedly won a match in t1 but -bdog for fiziq (downgrade) -add3r for thief (upgrade)
to clarify and not be toxic fiziq and add3r are both very solid players just that bdog and thief should be in t1 and are very good
