when does sentinels play?

as someone from usa, they just dont seem on par with other regions like pacific or emea in nearly all esports like cs, league and even valo. in cs they won like what one major vs emeas 15 (or something). then in league the entire scene is dead and im pretty sure they havent won a finals yet. then now in valorant, we couldnt win a map to fnatic, and if im being fr, being a 1 team region is better than not winning any events. i would rather be 1st than 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th.
