They are trying to make the main audience of the game introverts and e-daters , this can be seen by the newer cosmetic updates and how they treat the e-sport scene.If they want to make Valorant into a long lasting e-sport they need to have some loyal and maybe crazy fans which in many cases are toxic, look at LoL, CS and Dota, they are all very old games and the audience is middle aged but they act inappropriately for Valorant standards.Valorant rellies of these introverts that after 2 years will grow up and get a job, but the problem is Valorant is actively pushing away all the fans that want to make it like a real sport and not like a high school performance.
The first step i would do is to make the content team make skits like ESl because valorant has so much drama, so it will be funny for the teams and for the audience
