Gambit got mental diff in a seeding match. Not a good sign.

I think that Icebox is a map about whose Jett, whose Reyna/Raze pop off harder rather than the strat. Actually stratwise it's the worst map everybody play the same shit unless u r NA and not Sentinels. That's why recently 'underdog' teams often pick Icebox. That time Nukkye and Keloqz popped off harder than the Tenz/Shahz combo.

Honestly, because of that ridiculous run they had back in Iceland, people set Sentinels a high af standard to not even drop maps while in reality dropping maps is perfectly normal for any teams. These are BO3s for a reason.

did we watch the same game?

  1. It wasn't that close though, Split was one-sided as hell and Sentinels went loose after an 11-1 lead on Haven.
  2. Gambit choking is sad but nothing new. And this is basically a seeding game. 100T is great but they took like 2 maps from Sentinels in the entire year.

U bid 100T over Sen, cuz they lost a map to G2... Wow

posted about 2 years ago

That means there is a world Sentinels meet Gambit in quarterfinal. That would be a game.

This is why 100T hired a sport psychologist

posted about 2 years ago

he's the mastermind, he doesn't count

posted about 2 years ago

Experience and dealing with pressure is the part of the game. And with that, 100T is the better team, even though Gambit is more skilled.

Tenz even said that if Gambit plays like they do in scrim, they would 13-0 100T

wtf

Nah I just think that when the top teams all have the similar skill level, the one with the best mental fortitude wins

posted about 2 years ago

and this is why i'd pick sentinels even when gambit can be the most skilled team in the world

On the first map yes, on icebox, 100T was just pushing for no reason while GMB plays the standard icebox.

300k japanese would disagree

posted about 2 years ago

They played really well, a map for japan is already an improvement from last time

posted about 2 years ago

Regionally Zeta won this map 7 times and lost 1 in stage 3, Kru played it twice.

posted about 2 years ago

I think Gambit is better but 100T is more experienced. Im comfortable believing that 100T will bring their 100% skill into the game, not sure about GMB.

posted about 2 years ago

Probably, unless Sentinels ego G2 and let Ascent in

Lakia doesn't even play Sova anymore...

  1. Crashies
  2. Bcj
  3. Derrek

Hiko and Sinatraa wouldve been up there if it was First Strike

posted about 2 years ago

Something about Poiz's comm wasn't up to par so they chose Mitch instead.

posted about 2 years ago

Tbf Yay and Crashies dragged NV through Icebox, and the Reyna on VK was popping the fuck off.

posted about 2 years ago

I dont know which game u watched but CR is definitely not better than Zeta

Oh no another mathematician pulling out the stat card

Honestly I was surprised NV won Icebox, they made it so hard for themselves not playing Sage. The first half of the Icebox game was NV minus Crashies getting the LAN shock.

Also Heat's insane, so damn confident.

huh Hiko? Sinatraa?

Been told by Riot that these matches will be back to back so the times could be subject to change depending on the scoreline. Quicker finish = quicker start to the next game.

I think we all respect the Jap tho, neth's cry broke my heart

CR is pretty bad...

BR fans are way louder than JP

The 100T game was somewhat more fun because Steel was on the KAY/O and he bm the hell out of HL but honestly not by much. Every stomp is boring.

posted about 2 years ago

expected tho, it was between PRX and CR to be the worst team in Berlin and PRX actually looked good

posted about 2 years ago

really? d1v1de is really damn good and f0rsaken threw far more rounds than Yay.

posted about 2 years ago

that was a good game holy

f0rsaken ints a lot more, and not always rational

Paper Rex was actually impressing, they're playbook was pretty good, but VS's individual skill made the difference on Haven
