i can agree with the mwzera part. Many brezilian players are insane overall but i still don't think korea is at the level of other major regions mechanically.

mixwell isn't in my top 3 because of his major consistency issues which a lot of jett players are struggling with. Yeah he sometimes pops off but sometimes he just fails to make an impact.
