Yes, and this doesn't just apply to Bayern Munich but to all of Bavaria
yeah up to three years but in reality if you do that you mostly likely have to pay a fine
hamburg, dresden (of course some smaller towns like heidelberg, lΓΌbeck or villages in bavaria are more beautiful but there is not much going on)
