doing what TMV should've long ago
TL is not letting nats and keiko go, aint not way
personally I don't even hate G2, but imo they do have one of the most annoying fan bases. It's either that or the few ones that are obnoxious just so happen to be the loudest
where from did you get that abyss is coming back?
the one bright side I see, is that now they have time to prep for stage 2 since they don't have to go to ewc
he made that round winnable in the first place
besides the hate he gets for that cannot match the way he feels bout himself for that, so ppl need to cut him some slack
kind of strange to hear since TL globally afaik is like top 3 or top 5 richest orgs, but I guess since val has not been out for that long it sort of makes sense
he can fix them or destroy them based on what we know happened with vit
but is trexx worth the risk to potentially ruin the vibes of the team?
afaik they'll be running a 6 man roster for stage 2 and presumably champs to help with their role issues on certain maps(and maybe give serial more time to pracc and adjust to playing flex), idk what they will be doing in the off season tho
I'm pretty sure they will be running a 6 man roster till the end of this year
I can only pray TL do not have any visa issues for champs, since even though they went out early at toronto, they now have plenty of time to adapt to the new meta, and I really want to see them reach their full potential and make a deep run
never been to Australia, but I hate winter where I am, at least in the past it used to snow, but now it's barely warm enough for it to not snow(from 0 to +5 C most of the time), but still cold enough to be annoying af, so to me, if it is not going to snow I'd rather have it be somewhat warm
If I had 18 degrees in winter, I'd be the happiest person.
I don't watch china, I'll be honest, but really I love SiuFatBB's energy on stage
I mean, I do see your points, and regardless atp I'm convinced that with enough time and a good budget Lohan and yaotzin can build a winning roster
I was not talking about the 2025 season, but rather 2023 and 2024, when he both times started the year as flex, and while he was not bad on flex, I'd say it's fairly obvious that his had the most impact on duelist. I mean the reason vit was at champs in 2024 was in big part thanks to his duelist, no?
I'd say mostly because they've played together for longer. What I'm saying is that another roster switch mid-season might be detrimental to them
The sayf hate train has cemented so many false ideas in the heads of people.
Maybe, but then again, are we sure he would be happy on duelist on any team? For some reason he seems to be constantly dodging his seemingly best role until no longer possible
i don't think sayf ever goes back to TL, that's if they want him after all the drama
Like what is up with this, "TL played second today so they can't play first tomorrow"? Is there a point to this rule?
why tffff does TL play second 3/3 times, what is this mannnn
I never said they would make it
at Paris at least, KC, M8 and Vit should be good for it
I need TL management to give nats, keiko, lohan and yaotzin the life contract
considering how rough of a hand TL have been dealt this tournament, shaking things up just might help them get over the line
My guess and hope, is that at least for Toronto they are running keiko perma smokes, and double duelist with penny and kamo, and also giving Serial more time to prepare for his role, since it seems he still has not fully adjusted to playing flex, I really hope they do give Serial another chance after Toronto
they prob running keiko perma smokes, at least this tournament.
Probably should have added before: I was never making excuses in the first place. I was just asking for your thoughts
They made back 2 back international finals in 2024, then in kickoff 2025 they got humbled and got their stuff together for stage 1, and the ego hit again. They don't ban pearl even though they lost last time and it was not close. Is their ego getting in the way?
Probably should have added before: I was never making excuses in the first place. I was just asking for your thoughts
the flair is not helping your case icl
If true, as much as I want to see TL do good, feels bad for Serial, imo if he had more time to adapt to his new role and environment he could have done very well
serial has the potential to be a top tier rifler but people are not ready for this convo
I think double senti is more so to keep people on comfort roles when possible, rather than the cause of the roster change
which technically means 100% success rate 🤓
Same can be said for NRG and Vit but that did not work out as expected, now did it? Do NOT get me wrong, I see your point, but having good vibes and synergy between the players and comfortable roles is just as important
people here are so reactionary it's driving me nuts. So many keep hating on Serial, even though this is his first year in T1, not everyone is going to have an insane debut.
Also do people not realize that changing players too often can be just as detrimental as sticking with the same roster for too long
he was flying to Toronto today. It's probably safe to say he is already there
I used to have a lot of packet loss and lag spikes when playing in the evening or even at noon (during summer when school is out) in multiple games not just val, tried a bunch of things from forums and yt, but nothing worked. Ended up contacting my provider and described my issues they said it could be bcuz my connection was on a IPv6 which is newer(and as the specialist told me, because it is newer the game servers are not properly optimized for it) and so they switched it to IPv4 and since I've had no similar issues. That said idk if this is what causes your issues but you could try looking into it
please heavily reconsider your life choices
You do have valid points, but so does the OP. You could make any masters have more teams or a larger prize pool and essentially have yourself a champs. If champs was named masters (whatever city it takes place in) instead, it would still probably have a higher viewership then the other ones that happened during the year since it's the last tournament of the season. Realistically if all masters had more teams qualifying, the competition would be just as high as champs. Champs is seen as more prestigious mostly because riot wants it to be this way imo, since they make a special anthem for it, special bundle and all that.
after seeing fnatic's performance in stage 1, it got me thinking what makes them so consistently good, and while good players, a good igl and a good coach are important, just as vital is team chemistry. So while ofc it is only natural for teams to try to switch players when things are not working, doing so too quickly or frequently make it difficult to build this synergy imo, and therefore prevents said team from reaching its full potential
Yeah, but it's not like team like TL or Vit are brand new teams with barely any money
I agree that having a good core with good synergy is important and ofc that only comes with time played together. But at the same time(and this is not referring to fnc, but other teams) if you have on paper a great roster that is underperforming, how long do you wait before making changes. I feel like this is a trap that can easily go both ways, a team can be too fast to make changes after a bad split/year, or on the contrary wait forever without trying to make any potential improvements
