i would say - soulcas and scout an igl from vrl teams.

Jamppi has more value as he can play more vareity of agents

if they get an initiator igl then -jamppi or soulcas they can decide
if they get a smokes igl then maybe -l1nk

l1nk: smokes (if initiator igl)
Soulcas: initiator (is smokes igl)
