Clove is useless bc the map is too big. Omen has thousands of very useful tps everywhere around the map and the paranoia is an incredible ability that works well on this map. He has better smokes.
Waylay is shit period. The buffs make her more playable but it's still the most useless agent in the game.
Kayo is pretty bad too. Flashers in general are overrated anyway, but the knife doesn't gather much info on this map and he lacks flexibility. Flashes are not necessary on this map and why bother with difficult lineups when you can just play Yoru?
Lastly, viper is a must pick on this map, it has way too many possibilities on attack in terms of lurk walls/ taking control of area with the wall. on defense it allows for safe rotations through mid as well as a very heavy stall on both sites as well as an uncrossable orb if you have an odin (spam into A main, anyone in the poison cloud is dead in seconds). Pit is always a great piece to secure/ help winning a round.

Personnaly I'd try a Neon+Yoru+Omen+Viper first, it looks busted and very strong on both sides.
I don't think sentinels are a must on this map but Vyse is pbb very fine, chamber is interesting too but you pbb have to run it with Viper (which isn't a bad thing)
