He was their main AWPer who was doing bad for quite a long time. So it's absolutely alright. Why the hell they should keep an awful AWPer who struggle against t2 NA snipers lol

posted about 2 years ago

Not really. nitr0 switched cuz he was about to get kicked from Liquid and most of the big orgs stepped down from CS. So Valorant was the only option for him to get a decent salary. It was probably like 50-60% from his TL times but it was much better than go to orgless t2 teams

posted about 2 years ago

They were doing bad even with Ethan in the team. Even NA scene became almost empty they were managing to lose to t2 NA teams and it looked like no one had motivation to play. I guess that mental health of players were bad for some reason but no one knows except players and people around them

I was always wondering why do people even compare it. E-sports in overall had less fans in 2012 than Valorant have in 2021 lmao

that's how money laundering works

that makes sense. thank you

NIP announced it like months or two ago. All of those orgs coming in Brazil anyway. Salaries here are like 1-1.5k so it's not that much to be honest

posted about 2 years ago

i feel really sad for anyone who will fall down to lower bracket. it's nearly impossible to beat navi there

posted about 2 years ago

What big orgs are coming? Most of them are already there or did you mean Brazilian orgs?

posted about 2 years ago

finally someone with a brain

posted about 2 years ago

they are good friends irl

s1mple was the only reason why arch got an opportunity

posted about 2 years ago

if they deserve then they are going to win this. kinda simple logic isn't it

posted about 2 years ago

just watch the game instead of creating your insecure viewership threads

this aged well hahaha

free win for TL

posted about 2 years ago

vovlo changed their system. you wasn't able to watch it in-game as before and sadly drops are gone. i still remember how i got cobblestone drop a few times and made like 300 euro from selling it later when the map was removed

posted about 2 years ago

Keep trying bro one day you may become a great baiter!

posted about 2 years ago

There were like 500-600k viewers on youtube if not more because of the 4k and idk how much people were watching it in steam or in-game

posted about 2 years ago

It's win-win for both imo. They bought not only a decent AWPer but also a guy with a solid CIS fanbase. If they payed 600k for him and he is fine with like 6-10k salary then it's nothing but a gift for G2

Most players won't be able to compete in t1 CS so I doubt it's going to happen. I think that a lot of teams will sign teams from poor regions. So many motivated players who are ready to play 10h a day for 1-2k salary so why should they overpay for almost full-time streamers 10-15k lol

1-2 years and Valorant scene may become full of BR/CIS/SEA/LATAM teams

posted about 2 years ago

they do so it's kinda braindead decision

posted about 2 years ago

i've studied it in school lol

posted about 2 years ago

that's good for Brazil in that case. orgs are saving so much money going to CIS and Brazil and getting insanely motivated players for almost nothing

posted about 2 years ago

wait really? i thought it's close to cs salaries in BR

posted about 2 years ago

sadly it's worth investing only in poor regions rn. it's much better for orgs to spend like 2-3k$ on motivated BR/CIS/LATAM players instead of bunch of streamers from NA who spend like 40 minutes a week to practice with a salary 10-15k per months

posted about 2 years ago

bet all they won't but i'll still cheer for them

posted about 2 years ago

He wasn't talented at all. He played competitive CS when the scene was still kinda young and small. Most of t1-t2 players were just a streamers

posted about 2 years ago

+1 no Dust 2 no Valorant

posted about 2 years ago

s1mple will dominate even with 200 ping

posted about 2 years ago

he deserves this win for sure

posted about 2 years ago

if he didn't play cs during his valo career it's gonna be really hard to compete against t1 teams nowadays :(

posted about 2 years ago

Just wondering why do you care about viewership that much? Why not to enjoy the game instead of checking viewership 24/7?

posted about 2 years ago

sh1ro looked good on PGL so it doesn't make any sense tbh

posted about 2 years ago

it depends on a country first of all. dota 2 was moved to Romania and thee government didn't allow them to get crowd. in Sweden they don't care about covid since September so that's the reason why we saw crowd on Major

posted about 2 years ago

merge is a good idea imo. dominating in a small region and then being rekt in 2 games on international competition is kinda sad

posted about 2 years ago

Champions are doing well imo. But what about CS? Wasn't major average views lowered because of the qualifiers in the beginning? Major it self had probably like 700-800k average but I could be wrong cuz I watched only a few games in group stage and play offs

posted about 2 years ago

this guy was literally crying all night after dota 2 TI and cs major. i'm still wondering how it's possible to be that insecure about valve games kkkkkk

posted about 2 years ago

It's much easier to hold the angle in valo with any gun than to play with awp. If you think it doesn't require any skill you probably played with some silvers and that's the only reason :)

posted about 2 years ago

I'm just wondering did you play cs or you just found those arguments somewhere else? Countering awp isn't that hard with mollys, smokes and flashes. Since the movement is faster it's not that hard to peek default positions with ak/deagle. I'm playing Valorant only with my friends like 1-2 times a week and shooting is so much easier since the movement are slow af and it's kinda boring to me (playing 4:3 in cs so the movement is like 2 times faster than in valo)

posted about 2 years ago

It could be bad for players mental health to play and to travel that much but for orgs of course it's much better to participate in as much tournaments as they can. Otherwise they are spending a lot of money on their roaster to play once per 2-3 months. That may motivate a lot of orgs that are not able to qualify to Champions for a year or two to leave Valorant

posted about 2 years ago

I have never used esea so i'm not sure about that tbh. I've seen some threads about it on hltv and clips on youtube. automatic looks sharp af in cs ngl

but it's expected imo. he switched only cuz a lot of orgs were stepping down from cs and he didn't get a decent offer. idk if he was happy about switching

posted about 2 years ago

Idk why but people in NA for some reason prefer to play esea instead of faceit

posted about 2 years ago

kids probably have never been on any sport events like football, basketball, ice hockey etc

posted about 2 years ago

ESEA if i'm not wrong

posted about 2 years ago

I said about autimatic. Where did you find something about stewie2k in my message lol

posted about 2 years ago

According to "Upcomers" automatic is seeking for opportunities in CS and looks like he is playing a lot with nitr0

posted about 2 years ago

it's not that scary to be honest. i mean i wasn't scared at all lol
that's actually true about valheim but it gets boring only when it's finished or almost finished

posted about 2 years ago

I didn't even watch reviews. When I saw 97% positive feedbacks based on 290k reviews I just bought it. I can also recommend The Forest and Valheim if you somehow missed those games. Especially if you have 1-2 friends to play with
