one trick i use. wherever ur crosshair is, always vision an enemy suddenly appearing there. keep ur crosshair where an enemy would be at the time and try make shooting a reaction time thing less of an aim thing if that makes sense. i was hardstuck low dia till i started doing this and it felt way easier to get kills
