I agree, and I think it makes players like Verno, Trexx and Leo even better since they're able to do both. But in general I believe that fragging initiators aren't as valuable as the support ones, especially when a top tier duelist is around. In a scenario where firepower isn't present is the only real scenario I would take a fragger over a support initiator.

OR just remove a slide and call it a day, no need for all that. Maybe slide can be 10% slower too but generally that should be it. I do agree that Neon isn't OP, she's just strong and annoying which gives that illusion. She only needs some small nerfs and she would be good. One slide and a tiny speed nerf would keep her in check. ALSO killing 1 person should only fill her fuel halfway instead of 100%.

ok well I do think that you're right about "why is everyone crying for a nerf it's not that busted" but idk about NOT nerfing her, I think removing the purchasable slide solves literally EVERY problem with her, because then hitting the sliding shot is not always doable for the first 3 kills you get, ASSUMING you kill all three

stick to only Cypher Viper Astra and maybe KJ if you do know how to play her. Do not stray from the four. Other than that, there's basically nothing to improve, you're an almost perfect player stuck in the depths of hell in ranked.
every third or so act, theres an act that releases with nothing to add. Every couple of acts, we also get both a new map and new agent. This act is just an instance of where we have an act with nothing in it, during off-season, where there's not much to look forward to

No women or nb players look for tier two or tier one because they already have their own league to play in, and those who are looking to play in tier one have gotten turned down due to sexism (see meL's case, where she didn't get into further tryouts because someone was uncomfy playing with a woman in their team), which only further enforces the idea that GC is the only circuit that accepts them. It's not too big of a divide between the best nb or female players and the men, it's more so funding GC teams have compared to men's teams, scrim quality and quantity, coaching staff, etc. That can cause the small divide between the two leagues, but people LOOOVE to make it about gender wars instead of actually looking at the differences between the two leagues from the inside out. I would be willing to bet that the best GC players could fit in tier one just fine as long as they slot into their systems with no problems.
