NA is so ahead of the meta until you watch EMEA and APAC and realize NA are behind on 3/7 maps. Bind will probably be a harbor map by the end of the year (PRX) Lotus will probably be an Astra map by the end of the year (FNC comp), etc. NA isn't onto these things yet AFAIK

Every region has 2/3 teams so...? I don't see where NA is losing, and saying NA can't stop EMEA discipline when they have FNS in NA is kinda wild but okay. Overall, NA are fine, they just did shit this group stage, so calm down. I will say though, EMEA and APAC do have more promising teams than NA, Like GIA, VIT, FUT, or T1, TS, and ZETA. NA just doesn't have the results in their teams needed to say that they have those kind of promising teams, except maybe 100T, who kinda let us down this time around.
