nah, BeYN has been playing fine, I think stage 1 last year kinda made his expectations too high. He’s kinda like lakia when it comes to the role on his team. My only argument for estrella is that he can also do what BeYN does while igling but even then i don’t think now is the best time to make a move like that.

Yeah I think making estrella the 6th man is the best decision. However, if they bench BeYN and make Estrella the IGL, in theory it sounds insane. MaKo, free1ng, HYUNMIN and flashback is one hell of fire squad

what about DRX rookies, free1ng was good in tier 2, didn’t even qualify for ascension(joined rare atom after they made ascension) but proved himself as an elite player in tier 1. HYUNMIN didn’t even qualify for japanese tier 2 but is elite in tier 1

it just looks like they are getting a bit unlucky this match

Okay, at first i was completely against him replacing BeYN and even now id rather keep beyn, but last week termi said they were gonna try out something new against GE, if they are gonna try Estrella as the initiator IGL and i see a glimpse of prime MaKo back then i’ll be down. Otherwise estrella being anything other than the 6th man doesn’t make sense.

Well, it’s only beyn that should be worried. DRX holds flashback in high regards, especially mako, so they would never sub him out. Estrella could replace BeYN but I still find the energy BeYN brings to the team more valuable than anything estrella could offer.

I think, it’s bc estrella was available and all the roster are locked, so they prolly thought it wouldn’t reallly hurt to bring is a player, estrella is alr friends with beyn and mako, and he’s an igl that could help mako on some maps. MaKo even said that he struggles with calling sometimes to estrella could help. I don’t want estrella to play tho.

it’s not an immediate response, Estrella was meant to get signed by gen g but his agent messed up. So he was basically left with nowhere to go in tier 1. DRX prolly took that opportunity to just grab someone for low cost

To be completely honest, i would still take Gen G over them in a rematch, just like kickoff gen g seems to come back way stronger after losses, but regardless, Boom should def be 4th for right now.

if you watch the DRX voice comms, they didn’t even look a bit worried when down 0-8.

Regardless, PRX are decent not much else to say, but i think next week is when we really get to see where they stand in apac. DRX are good, and we know Gen G are good just based off their players even tho they are inconsistent rn, so them losing to those 2 isn’t the worst thing
