I think it's pretty clear pancada wanted to leave, in the SEN yt channel vids you can tell he still really enjoys competing and wants more chances to be on stage. Him being sixth man and SEN finding their "missing piece" with Zellsis, I wouldn't be surprised if pancada himself had been talking to Rob and asking to be a free agent for some time. I'm sure it's only happening now because they found curry and he ended up agreeing to the contract.

I'm glad SEN are erasing the barrier for pancada to join another org, but I'm also worried that he won't be able to find a team that fits him in time. I doubt he's eyeing up any NA teams and the LATAM rosters seem pretty fixed, maybe Furia being the most open one? I really hope pancada does find success on the team he chooses though, dude has gone through hell and high water after being picked up by SEN literally learning a completely new language and now being released.
