1. I think that there should be more games. playing a minimum of 12 games a year is way too low. Even in league which is nearly in the same format in terms of splits and internationals, western teams play for about 10 games a split under the same 3 day a week format and eastern teams play for like 20+ games a split in a more spreadout schedule. The point is that there needs to be more games in every region. So to do that, maybe make one big group and it being round robin, or doing the same group system but you play every team twice. You could also add a 3th master which would be sick but riot would go broke (no 4th split. essentially it goes 3rd master to champs where inbetween will be a LCQ for the 4th slot of champs in each region for the ones who didn't qualify with champs points). Yes burnout exitsts and will be seen but I think over time teams would get used to playing more games.

2. Riot should bring more TO's like ESL and BLAST. Its better in the long run as riot don't have to fucking spend a shit ton on masters and they can just focus most of that budjet onto champs.

3. this franchising system atm is kinda shit as I don't want to see another f0ria ever step in tier one ever again. So maybe implement a challengers system like back in 2022 where at the beginning, the 6 best and popular teams are invited (ex in americas: sen, g2, 100t, loud, lev, nrg) and the remaning 6-8 spots are left for the best teams in the qualifiers. this means that the best teams will always play in every split and teams like f0ria will never step in tier 1 ever again. age limit would be reduced to 17. for americas, maybe have a NA and SA qualifiers and then have a mini lan in Sao Palo where the best in qualifiers will compete to fill the qualifier spots for americas.

4. Not a particular change to format but they really need to make champs feel speical. at this point champs is more like a 3rd master rather than a grand world championship. Riot needs to replicate their secret sause with worlds and implement it to champs.
